Mr. Lu is the founder and Principal of the David Z. Lu & Associates law firm with ten plus years of experience in immigration law, corporate law, venture capital investment, corporation startup and going public. Mr. Lu is a member of the New York Bar, a member of the American Bar Association, a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and a member of the Federal Circuit at Washington, D.C.

President, Shuxiang Zhou

Mr. Zhou is the founder and President of his Asian American Company. Mr. Zhou possesses twenty plus years of experience in restaurant and real estate businesses’ planning, management, operation and training. Mr. Zhou and his Asian American Company own many restaurants, real estates and variety of businesses.

Chief Executive Officer, Dan Chang

Mr. Chang is the founder and CEO of three US based companies; and had been senior executive officers for companies in USA, Hong Kong and China. Mr. Chang has experience in venture capital investment and IPO preparations and more than twenty years of experience in enterprise internationalization, standardization, operation automation and corporation management.
